Linking your email address to your JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board) profile is crucial for accessing your JAMB Caps or Profile. If you didn’t use or link your email during JAMB registration, it’s essential to follow these steps to enable communication and access to your profile.

Two Simple Methods to Link Email Address to JAMB:

  1. SMS Method:
    • Open your messaging app and type your email address in the format: “email yourEmailAddress yourEmailAddress.”
    • Send the message to 55019 using the phone number you used for JAMB registration.
    • A charge of N50 will be debited from your account.
    • Check your email for a message from JAMB containing a unique password (e.g., candb****).
    • Visit the JAMB efacility Portal (https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/Login) to log in using your email and the unique password.

    Note: SMS method may have occasional issues due to network glitches.

  2. CBT Centres Method (Without SMS):

    • Visit the nearest CBT Centre or JAMB Office in your area.
    • Inform the staff that you want to link your email address to JAMB.
    • Fill out a form with your email address, Profile Code, and JAMB Registration Number.
    • Complete thumb-printing.
    • JAMB Officer processes the email linking.
    • Pay a service fee of N700 and receive a linking slip.
